This book came from an estate sale in the condition that its in. There are some spots on the inside cover and a slit where you can see the binding. The label on the binding has some discoloration and a small piece missing from it. The pages have some discoloration on the side edges, top and bottom. the cover has some wear on the bottom from sitting on the shelf the lady had it on. There is also an indent in the top of the cover and some wear and separation on the top binding.
